19th Annual Business Philanthropy Summit
Keynote: David Gardner, Co-Founder and Chief Rule Breaker at The Motley Fool

Join us on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 7:30 a.m. at The George Washington Masonic National Memorial. This year, one of our focus areas is working towards ending hunger in Alexandria.

David co-founded “The Fool” with his brother, Tom, in 1993. The company’s mission is to help the world invest better by focusing on long-term investments in world-class businesses. With an unyielding focus on workplace culture and employee engagement, The Motley Fool was named the #1 Medium- Sized Company to Work For by Glassdoor.com in 2014 and 2015. Since its founding, they have grown the company to its current headquarters in Carlyle, employing a few hundred talented “fools.” As they grew, The Motley Fool created a corporate culture focused on the employee, and have instilled and enabled their workforce to engage with the nonprofit community in Alexandria.
